Chocolate Banana Loaf
Hey Trinkets Fans!!
For those of you following my recipes... this is a family favourite! Chocolate Banana Loaf! Delicious!
This loaf I cut to 12 slices which makes each slice 245 cals.
You will need ...
2 eggs (beaten)
3 very ripe bananas
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 tbsp vanilla
1. Heat oven to 350F
2. Combine eggs & bananas. Slowly add remaining ingredients and stir with spoon.
3. Pour into a greased loaf pan OR lined loaf pan (I prefer lining it with parchment paper, it’s so easy to lift out)
4. Bake for 40mins and test with tooth pick.
5. Leave out to cool, then slice.
