Hey Trinkets Fans! What a gorgeous week it's been in downtown Tillsonburg! The sun is shinning, people are smiling and its just so awesome to be out and about! So over the long weekend I came up with a couple fantastic recipes for you. Today I am sharing the Double Chocolate Blueberry Muffin recipe! It will blow you away with its incredibly most texture and with each juicy blueberry & chocolate bite!
Right my recipe -
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all together in a large bowl
1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt (I use zero fat vanilla yogurt)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
Add wet ingredients to dry and add 2 cups of fresh blueberries and one cup of semi sweet chocolate chips. Makes approx 12 muffins.
Bake at 350F for approx 25 mins
Cool and enjoy!
