Raspberry Chocolate Chip Muffins
Hey Trinkets Fans!! This week's recipe is a NEW Favourite... Raspberry Chocolate Chip Muffins. OH MY GOODNESS... AMAZING!!!! Now don't worry if you have never baked with fresh raspberries I'm going to talk you through every step! So easy!

Raspberry Chocolate Chip Muffins
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all together in a large bowl
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt (I use vanilla zero fat yogurt)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
Add wet ingredients to dry and add 1 pint of fresh raspberries. (Just rinse, pat dry with paper towel, and cut into small pieces.) Now fold in 1 cup or so of semi sweet chocolate chips. Now it's time to fill your lined muffin tins. I use a half cup scoop that use to be my Gramma's when I fill my tins. It's the perfect amount and it makes me feel like she is here baking with me. It"s the little things!
Bake at 350F for approx 25 mins
Makes a dozen muffins.
These muffins are great to share, and can be frozen to enjoy later. (But trust me they will be gone!)
Have a great weekend!!
Much love always, Carrianne Xo
